Keeping the listing specifics accurate and up-to-date is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with platform policies, and maximizing sales potential on eBay.
You can update the eBay specifics in a few different ways.
1. Go to your eBay Listings and open the item’s product card. To update the item’s specifics, click on the Specifics button. To change the item’s category, click Change Category.
2. To update general specifics under a particular category assigned to a group of items, click on the Settings button and locate the Categories tab where you can View/Edit the specifics.
Pay attention to the Required and Recommended Specifics group, make sure all necessary fields are filled to avoid any possible specifics-related eBay errors. You also have an option to provide additional Custom specifics of your choice in the relevant tab.
