Set up specifics and policies for Channel items

Learn how to provide specifics and policies for your eBay, Amazon, and Walmart items.

First, go to your Channel items and click on the item to open a product card. To change the item’s category, go to the General section in your product card – Change category. You can choose a previously used category or find another one. Once you choose the category, set required specifics, recommended and custom ones (optional), and confirm the changes. To set up Policies for your item, switch to the Policies tab and click on the Change button.
