Set flexible product prices on Channels

Modified on Tue, 11 Jul, 2023 at 12:44 PM

M2E Sales Channels allows you to optimize product pricing for each specific marketplace. You can adjust the prices individually for each platform to account for variations in fees, shipping costs, or customer behavior.

Depending on your pricing model, you may need to set a separate price for your products on eBay, Amazon, or Walmart, which will differ from the price featured in the data source you’ve selected in Settings.

There are two ways for you to adjust prices using Selling Policy in Sales Channels:

  • Configure Price Change settings

  • Use Shopify/BigCommerce attributes as a price source

Configure Price Change settings

Navigate to Sales Channels > eBay/Amazon/Walmart and access the list of your policies from the product card or through the “Change Policy” mass action.

Click View/Edit next to your Selling policy or create a new one.

Enable the Price Change option by clicking on the toggle. Choose how you want to adjust pricing – whether to increase or decrease the Channel item price compared to the corresponding price in your data source by the specified number of units or percent value. You can add multiple price configurations if necessary.

Price Change settings will be applied to all products that use this Selling policy.

Once you’re done, save the changes. The adjusted price will be available to customers on Channels.

Use Shopify/BigCommerce attributes as a price source

M2E Sales Channels automatically imports your Shopify meta fields or BigCommerce custom fields, so you can set them to be a source for your price values on Channels.

For that, navigate to Sales Channels > eBay/Amazon/Walmart and access the list of your policies from the product card or through the “Change Policy” mass action.

Click View/Edit next to your Selling policy or create a new one.

Simply switch to the Attribute section and select the needed field from the drop-down menu.

Price Change settings will be applied to all products that use this Selling policy.

Once you’re done, save the changes. Sales Channels will take the price value from the selected attribute, and the adjusted price will be available to customers on Channels.

Even if you update the custom fields in your store, the changes will be immediately reflected in the app and on Channels.
