Not Tracked inventory in Shopify products

In case the option to 'Track Quantity' is disabled for your Shopify products, use the Keep on Channel option in Selling Policy settings to specify the desired amount of product to be listed on the Channel.

To find Selling Policy settings, navigate to Sales Channels > eBay/Amazon/Walmart tab. Then click on the product card, switch to the Policies tab> Change button > Selling policy > View/Edit.

How the Keep on Channel option works?

For instance, you have not tracked quantity on Shopify, but based on the Channel requirements, it's important to have at least 1 unit of product in stock for correct listing.

Set any amount of quantity you need in the dedicated field and save your changes. The app will automatically update the products with this Selling policy assigned on Channels according to the settings you've specified.
