The quantity for this item is not tracked

This error is returned if your Shopify items have the 'Quantity Not Tracked' option enabled. In this case, you have the opportunity to set a specific number of items to sell on the Channel.

You can manage the quantity tracking for each product separately or apply these settings to the policy template and reuse the policy for several products.

To apply quantity tracking to a specific product, open the product details card. Find the Policies tab and click Change. Find a Selling policy and click View/Edit. On the bottom of the Selling policy settings, find the Keep on channel option. Make sure that this toggle is enabled to automatically run the List/Revise action for your item(s).

To perform quantity tracking for several products, open the eBay Configuration page by clicking on the gear icon in the upper left corner of the eBay listings page. Find or create a Selling policy template and enable the Keep on channel toggle to automatically run the List/Revise action for your item(s).
