If you've connected your store to M2E Sales Channels, you can update tracking data automatically.
The process is simple. Let's imagine the scenario:
1. You've enabled the Create orders in Store option under the Settings > Orders section.
2. Orders from the connected Channel (eBay, Amazon, Walmart) are imported to the app automatically.
3. Store orders are created based on Channel orders.
4. Once you update tracking data in your store, these changes will be updated on the Channel.
Also, you can perform manual updates per order or import a CSV file with tracking details in the Orders tab. Note that manual updates are suitable for users who have selected Product Catalog as Data Source. |
