What are Policies?
This is a set of templates with different settings that will add flexibility to your setup.
Which policies can you configure?
It's Shipping, Return, Description, Selling, and Sync for eBay.
Sync, Selling, and Shipping Templates for Amazon and Selling Policy for Walmart.
Selling Policy gives you option to configure custom prices or change rules for your Channel price and provide QTY settings.
Under Sync Policy, you can choose which data should be synced or not.
Shipping Policy provides configurations for shipping methods and types. Using Return Policy, you can set conditions for providing returns.
Description Policy is suitable for title/product description configurations through predefined description templates.
Where to configure and edit policies in M2E Sales Channels?
Navigate to Listings > click on product card > Policies tab > Change button.
For eBay, you can also perform policy management in bulk by clicking on the gear icon in the upper left corner of the eBay Listings page.
