Set up your account

This user guide will walk you through the M2E Multichannel Connect account setup process.

Step 1. Select your Primary Data Source.

If you have a store on one of the e-commerce platforms from the list, connect it in two clicks. If you don’t own a store, set up your Catalog to create products and start listing on the marketplaces.

Step 2. Link your Channel accounts.

Connect your Channel accounts (eBay, Amazon, Walmart) to the app and grant the necessary permissions.

Step 3. Define your policies.

Policies are settings necessary for listing and selling items on Channels. Policies will help you manage and synchronize your inventory with eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.

Step 4. Set order preferences.

Define whether the app should create corresponding orders in your store. There are several options available:

• Create orders in your store – enable this option if you want the app to create an order in your store once the customer places an order on the Channel. The option ensures that all eBay, Amazon, or Walmart orders are mirrored in your store.
  
  
• Create orders only for items with Inventory sync enabled – enable this option to allow the app to create an order in your store only when Inventory sync is active for the purchased items. The option ensures that store orders are created only for items synchronized by M2E Multichannel Connect.
  
  
• Create orders for Amazon FBA – enable this option if you use Amazon FBA service and want the app to create an order in your store for orders fulfilled through FBA.

Step 5. Enable inventory synchronization.

The app links items from your store and Channel based on SKU or barcode. To keep your inventory updated everywhere you sell, enable automatic synchronization for linked items sold both in store and on Channels.

If you're not ready, the synchronization can be activated later. In case no item matches are found or you have no listings yet, list products directly from your store on eBay, Amazon or Walmart.
