Starting December 13th, 2024, sellers shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland must comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). To continue selling on Amazon and eBay, you must provide manufacturer and product safety information before the deadline.
M2E Multichannel Connect makes it easy to specify the needed GPSR details for your marketplace products. Just follow the steps below.

Before you begin:
Ensure the GPSR information is in the local language of the target country. The link to a source can include can include images (JPG/PNG), product manuals, or other documents (PDF).
eBay
1. Go to Listings and select your eBay account. Use the Organize by Group option to group your items by European marketplaces.
Use the Quick Search field and filters to refine your search.
2. Select the products you want to update and click Change Settings in the top menu. Then apply the Change Primary Category mass action.
Click Specifics next to the selected Category.
3. In the pop-up window, find the Product Safety section. Add the manufacturer and safety details by selecting a store attribute or entering a custom value.
Confirm the changes, and M2E Multichannel Connect will automatically update your eBay listings.
Amazon
1. Provide the manufacturer and safety data when creating an Amazon listing under a new ASIN.
2. Select a relevant Product Type.
3. In the Attributes pop-up window, go to the Safety and Compliance section. Specify GPSR information by selecting a store attribute or entering a custom value.
Confirm the changes. M2E Multichannel Connect will submit this information when creating a new listing on Amazon.
