The product must be linked to a corresponding product from your store

Link your listings from your Channel(s) to your Store to take full advantage of inventory control and order management features. Any changes to these products in your Store will revise your Channel listings automatically. 

M2E Sales Channels automatically links your Channel products to the corresponding products from your Store using SKU codes and product identifiers.

If some of your items weren't automatically linked, you’re welcome to set up linking manually:

1. Click the Link button next to the item and choose the product from your Store that matches your Channel item.

2. For bulk product linking, consider using a .CSV file. To do this, export the products from your Channel and import them into the app. You can find the import tool on the Listing page for the specific Channel. Look for the three-dots icon in the top right corner, click on it, and select the import option.

Once you’ve linked your items, all changes to Channel listings for enabled products must be made in your Store. Any changes made directly from the Channel will get overwritten with the settings in M2E Sales Channels.

If you've accidentally linked the wrong products, you can easily relink them. Find the Relink icon in the Sync column and click on it. Choose another product from your store that corresponds to your product on the Channel and confirm the relinking.
